In our world today, where technology is at the heart of everything, cybersecurity is crucial for keeping our digital spaces safe. However, there's a gap because not many women are in this important field. Our conference aims to close this gap. With programs like MentorHer, which is entering its second phase after successfully engaging over 30 girls in its first phase, we're creating opportunities for women to learn, connect, and advance in cybersecurity. This effort is key to building a more secure and inclusive digital future for all.

The inaugural Championing Women in Cybersecurity Conference is a pivotal step towards significantly narrowing the gender gap in this essential field. With women representing only 24% of the global cybersecurity workforce, and figures dropping to as low as 5% in the Middle East and 9% in Africa, our ChampionHer Global Cybersecurity is more than an event; it's a clarion call for women to step forward, enhance their skills, and contribute to securing our digital future. This three-day ChampionHer Global Cybersecurity aims to empower women through knowledge sharing, skill development, and networking opportunities, addressing the stark under representation highlighted by recent studies.
