Topics for Abstract Submission
We invite you to explore one of the following core topics in your submission:
- 1. Novel Advancements in Cybersecurity: We invite submissions on the latest breakthroughs in cybersecurity, particularly those involving AI, machine learning, blockchain, and quantum computing. This track emphasizes new technologies and tools to combat evolving cyber threats, enhance data protection, and secure digital infrastructure.
- 2. Policy & Advocacy for Inclusivity: Papers that discuss effective policies and strategies for promoting diversity and inclusivity in cybersecurity. This includes impactful case studies, advocacy techniques, and policy frameworks that have successfully advanced gender equity in the field.
- 3. Empowering Through Skill Development: Insights into developing innovative training programs and collaborations to cultivate a highly skilled cybersecurity workforce. Topics of interest include partnerships with foundations, donors, and organizations dedicated to creating accessible training for women in cybersecurity.
- 4. Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality in Cybersecurity: Exploring the use of VR and AR for immersive cybersecurity training, simulation of threat scenarios, and innovative approaches to cybersecurity education and preparedness.
- 5. Blockchain and Decentralized Security: Presentations on how blockchain technology and decentralized networks can enhance data security, prevent fraud, and offer secure frameworks for sensitive data management in various sectors.
- 6. Strategies for Recruitment & Retention: Industry perspectives on effective methods for attracting, supporting, and retaining women in cybersecurity. Submissions may cover best practices in workforce diversity, mentorship programs, and building inclusive career progression pathways.
- 7. Exploring Gender Representation: Research that delves into barriers to women’s participation in cybersecurity, including educational, cultural, and systemic challenges, alongside actionable strategies to increase diversity and foster leadership opportunities.
- 8. Bridging the Cyber Skills Gap: Approaches to addressing the skills gap through accessible, flexible training options, such as online certifications, alternative learning pathways, and mentoring programs that support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- 9. Quantum Computing and Cybersecurity: Examining the potential impacts of quantum computing on cybersecurity, including both the challenges it presents to current encryption methods and the opportunities for developing quantum-resistant algorithms.

- 1. Abstract Length: 300–500 words, clearly summarizing the research or topic and its relevance to the themes of the conference.

- 3. Language: English.
- 4. File Submission: Upload as both Word (.docx) and PDF files.
- 5. Deadline: February 28, 2025.
Selected abstracts will be presented as either a presentation or a poster session, offering a valuable opportunity to engage with the global audience and leading figures in cybersecurity.
